By now, everyone knows that e-cigarettes contain nicotine, but there’s no hard evidence that they help people quit smoking.
They may also help people stay off cigarettes, but it’s hard to say whether they’re good or bad for you.
So the best thing you can do is try them out.
Here’s a rundown of the health risks and benefits of e-cigarette use.1.
Nicotine and cancer Nicotine is a compound found in tobacco and other tobacco products.
It’s a powerful carcinogen, and the more nicotine a person has, the more likely he or she is to develop lung cancer, heart disease and other conditions.
But e-cigs don’t contain nicotine.
This is why they don’t cause nicotine addiction, but the nicotine they do contain may increase your risk of heart disease.
But the research on the health effects of e of nicotine is mixed.
In a study in 2014, researchers at the University of Rochester found that e inks have no health benefits.
The study, which looked at more than 40,000 participants in the U.S., found that the more people smoked e-cigarettes, the less likely they were to develop cardiovascular disease and heart disease, and that those who smoked e cigarettes had a lower risk of developing cancer.

Some of the cancers that may be triggered by e-smoking are: ovarian, breast, colon, pancreas, prostate, thyroid, bladder and lung.
E-cigarettes don’t produce tar or carbon monoxide, which can be a health risk.
But researchers say e-fibers can emit a toxic gas called propylene glycol, which is linked to cancer.
Some e-cartridges have been linked to bladder cancer, lung cancer in mice, bladder cancer in humans and cancer in animals.4.

Fau, who wasn’t involved in the new study, said in a statement that it “underscores the important role of tobacco control efforts in reducing the risk for the disease and the harm it can cause.”
He added that “the research indicates that e cigs are safer.”6.
